Founded and led by Director Josephine Becvarovski, Complete Building Management has been built around a simple philosophy – provide reliable, hands-on property management with exceptional service, honest communication and genuine accountability.
Josephine brings more than 20 years of experience within the property industry, beginning her career in 2005 before becoming a licensed real estate agent and progressing into senior property management and leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has managed portfolios of more than 200 properties and led teams collectively responsible for over 1,000 properties across Sydney.
In 2016, Josephine transitioned into building management and concierge, gaining extensive hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of residential buildings and developing strong relationships with owners, residents, Strata Committees, Strata Managers, contractors and agents. This combination of property, operational and customer-service experience became the foundation for Complete Building Management.
Today, we provide clients with a complete and flexible property services solution, with services tailored to the individual requirements of each building. From proactive building management and preventative maintenance to professional concierge, regular cleaning and security services, our focus is on ensuring properties are well maintained, efficiently operated, professionally presented and enjoyable places to live and work.
