Josephine Becvarovski started her career in Property back in 2005 in an administrative role for large property developer. After becoming a licensed Real estate agent she moved into Property Management, managing a portfolio of 150 properties spread across greater Sydney. After 8 years, she moved into a Senior Property Managers role managing a portfolio of over 200 properties within the city and inner-city suburbs.
As her experience, knowledge and skills grew, so did she. Josephine moved into a leadership role collectively managing a team of property managers and a combined portfolio of over 1000 properties. This broad experience within real estate was a great launching pad for Josephine into her Building Management career.
In 2016, Josephine made a career change where she commenced working as a casual concierge member to assist with front of house/concierge duties. Over time, she was promoted to full time Office Manager/Assistant Building Manager where she expanded her knowledge of the industry and built outstanding relationships with the owners, contractors and agents.
Josephine has built an outstanding reputation amongst both peers and clients as an energetic, committed, and honest person. She has strong work ethics and she prides herself on the ability to successfully navigate difficult situations whilst delivering high quality customer service. She has successfully implemented systems to improve efficiency in service, support and maintenance for residents, owners and buildings.
Josephine is a highly motivated individual with a down to earth manner, she is always friendly and polite which means she is quick to form friendships with people she meets. When dealing with clients Josephine always takes the time to listen to her client’s needs and endeavours to keep them fully informed throughout every step
