  • Obtain quotes from contractors for work necessary on common areas and provide to the strata committee for approval for substantial repairs.
  • Schedule and arrange Annual Fire Safety Inspections and other statutory certifications of common property, building facilities – Pool, gymnasium, sauna, lifts and car park areas.
  • Arrange and manage residents moves in and out of the building
